Buck Country Outfitters is home to first class Trophy Kentucky Whitetail Deer Hunting.  Offering Bow Hunting, Muzzle Loader Hunting, Rifle Hunting and Eastern Turkey Hunting on strictly managed private Kentucky hunting land. 

We currently enjoy 5,500 plus acres of private Kentucky land with a strict Quality Deer Management program in place for 12 plus years.  3,600 acres of this property is BOW HUNTING ONLY private property.  Tags are over the counter with no need for complicated draws.  You can easily purchase them online.

Our strict 130 minimum Quality Deer Management program is just part of our continuing commitment to our customers to provide the best possible hunting experience.

We are family owned and operated and honesty is our policy.  Brothers Ken and Pat Willis own and operate Buck Country Outfitters of Kentucky and you will deal directly with them.  Ken and Pat have a combined 60 plus years of bow hunting experience.

There are NO TROPHY FEES at Buck Country Outfitters. There is however a fine for  bucks harvested under our 130 minimum.  Our average for bucks harvested since we have been in business is 135.  Boone and Crockett bucks scoring 190 plus have been taken in our area and our hunters seen bucks nearly every year that are 200 inches or better.  

References are always available.  Kentucky is one of the top trophy deer hunting states with an estimated 1 in 8 bucks growing to be Boone and Crockett caliber.

We will do our best to give you a quality hunting experience.  Please remember that we are not selling you a deer.  We cannot be responsible for bad weather, slow deer movement, moon cycles or lack of hunting skills.  Keep this in mind when booking a hunt.  If you are the type of hunter who hunts a couple of hours in the morning and evening, do not expect to be successful here.  Our deer often move through the middle of the day and to be successful our hunters need to be willing to  give exceptional effort.  Please remember that when hunting mature whitetails, it takes only one mistake to eliminate your chance at a trophy deer.  Many hunters fail to maximize their hunting opportunity by paying attention to detail.  Simple things like a buckle hitting the stand, loud Velcro, snap buckles, noisy drink bottles and more can give notice to a mature buck that a hunter is in the area.  He will avoid you and you will never know he was even there.  Mature bucks do not dumb their way through the woods.  Even during the rut, mature bucks make few if any mistakes, each step they make is careful and always to their advantage.  Make sure you make an effort to eliminate as many negative factors and you can before you arrive.  We want you to be successful and will try to do everything we can to make this happen.  If you want to hunt with friendly, knowledgeable, honest and hardworking guides on well managed property for big Kentucky bucks then give us a call at 866-338-4868.
